Project Objective: To meet the winter needs of children and their families in rural and underprivileged areas, maintain educational continuity, and provide healthcare services. Through this project, DISHARI NGO aims to improve their quality of life during the winter season.

Project Components and Budget:

1. Distribution of Winter Clothing:
   • Budget: 40% of total budget
   • Distribution of warm clothes, blankets, and other necessary winter clothing to each underprivileged family.
   • Special warm clothing for school-going children.
2. Special Winter Education Program:
   • Budget: 20% of total budget
   • Conduct special coaching sessions and keep schools running during the winter holidays.
   • Organize classes at suitable times to reduce the discomfort of winter for students.
3. Health and Medical Camps:
   • Budget: 25% of total budget
   • Set up temporary medical camps for the prevention and treatment of winter-related illnesses.
   • General health check-ups and distribution of necessary medicines.
4. Nutritional Food Supply:
   • Budget: 10% of total budget
   • Provide nutritious food for children and their families to help maintain health during winter.
   • Expansion of mid-day meal programs at schools.
5. Other Administrative Costs:
   • Budget: 5% of total budget
   • Project management and administrative activities.

Project Duration: This project is planned for a period of 3 months during the winter season (December to February).

Expected Outcomes:

Final Evaluation of the Plan: At the end of the project, the effectiveness of the winter assistance and educational continuity will be evaluated. Necessary changes will be made for future project improvements.
